How we tested. We bought rotating mobile traffic from each of 11 providers and ran the same scripts from three servers (USA, Germany, Singapore) on 24–27 October 2026: 28,800 rotating requests per provider, plus Google and Instagram, sticky-session, TCP-fingerprint and IP-quality tests. Prices are the regular price of the smallest package.
