It’s one of my favourites as well. It’s such a great tool for creating banners, posts, flyers, and job designs. Now as a student or part time designer you may not be able to buy Canva Pro solely alone. What you could do is to join with some friends and together share an account. Believe me that’s how I did too when I started my freelance career.

However, it’s not easy to share a Canva Pro account among several users. Canva could block you. Back then I was seriously worried about finding a workaround. I had to spend a few nights after my office work to test several options. I read a ton of online forums, Reddit threads, and random blog posts.

Finally, I found the best combination. Yeah, that was it. Proxies + Anti-Detect Browsers. Luckily for us and I mean really lucky, it worked. Account bans? Gone. Extra costs? Zero now.

Just similar to all the other products Canva also has different plans for individuals and teams.

When I first upgraded? Ohhh, I thought my friends could just log in too. Well… I was completely wrong about that.

• Canva Free – Best for solo work. Advanced features? No.
• Canva Pro – Just 1 main user. Others can be invited to view or comment. Pro features are locked for them.
• Canva Teams – Needs at least 3 users. Shared workspaces are available. Everyone gets Pro features. But what’s sad to hear is that payment is required per person.

Maybe you’re thinking, “Why not share my login details?” I get it.

Honestly? Canva’s policy doesn’t encourage multiple people using one account. Each user is supposed to have their own.

Several logins from different locations can be detected by them. Temporary suspensions have been imposed before for my account too.

That’s why I wanted to figure out how to share the Canva Pro safely. Took some research, actually.

4 Easy Ways to Share Canva Pro Account Access

This section of the article is going to be one of your favourites. You know why? I have discovered certain methods to share Canva Pro account access. Some are quite good, but others are not so much. However, I thought to share that information with you.

1. Invite People to Your Team (Official Way)

This is the official route. Create a team inside Canva and add members. Then assign them roles, so that everyone gets access to designs and brand assets.

Why didn’t this work for us? To do this you need to upgrade to the Canva Teams plan. This plan costs more per user. Small groups can see expenses go up fast. I checked the pricing once and I was like No thanks.

2. Share Your Login Credentials

This is one of the quickest ways. Just hand over your email and password to anyone who comes and bugs you.

But this is the riskiest method. Let’s see why?

Canva notices different devices. Different locations too. Temporary locks can be triggered. I tried it once and unfortunately Canva could get detected this and my account got frozen. So I had to run after the customer support team to get the access back.

Therefore, here’s what I think about this method. Is it’s one-off situation? Maybe fine. Long-term? Bad idea.

3. Use a VPN or Proxy

Here’s where things get interesting. Proxies are the secret. I know that now you are curious.

Residential proxies work because every user logs in from a different IP. But they appear in the same region. Multiple logins won’t be blocked by Canva this way.

Teams can work together on designs. Extra seats don’t need to be paid for. More secure than password sharing too.

Sounds too good? Well… it kinda is. But still Canva can detect different device fingerprints.

How about using the same VPN server for everyone? Canva still detects different device fingerprints. And VPN IPs? Those are probably datacenter IPs already flagged by Canva. Don’t rely on them too much.

4. Use Remote Access Tools

This is another interesting trick I tested. Control Canva Pro remotely.

I open it on my computer. Teammates access it through remote desktop apps. This is bit slower, yeah. But the account is safe. Those annoying “suspicious login” warnings? they are gone.

How to Share Canva Pro Account Using Floppydata Proxies

If you’ve been wondering how to share a Canva Pro account safely with friends, this is the easiest way.

You just need two tools: a Floppydata proxy and an anti-detect browser like Gologin. This method keeps your Canva account safe. It also helps multiple Canva users to access it without triggering login warnings.

Step 1: Get Proxies From Floppydata

1. Go to Floppydata.com and create an account.
2. Pick a proxy plan (you can choose residential or mobile proxies). You can use free proxies as well.
3. Create a proxy pool.
4. Copy your proxy details (IP, port, username, password).

Step 2: Add Proxies to an Anti-Detect Browser

1. Download an antidetect browser like Gologin.
2. Open it and click on the “+” button on the top left of the screen to create a profile.
3. There needs to be a profile for every friend or employee you want to share with.
   (Example: 3 friends = 3 profiles.)
4. Paste your Floppydata proxies in bulk using the Paste Proxies option, which is next to the location (Example: Germany) of a profile.

Each profile should have a unique proxy. This way, Canva sees all logins as coming from a single region or a trusted device. It no longer appears as if the logins are coming from multiple suspicious users.

Step 3: Accessing Canva and Sharing Profiles

1. Now you have to run the browser profile you have created.
2. A new window will appear. Log in to your Canva Pro account there.
3. In Gologin, find and click on the three dots near the Run button.
4. Next, click on the Share option.
5. Enter your friend’s email along with the access level. Your friend will receive an email invitation. They can now open and use your profile with the proxy directly from their own device.

When your friend opens the shared browser profile, it will already be logged in to the Canva account. There is no password sharing needed.

They can use all Canva Pro features from their own device while staying under the same account. You don’t have to worry about any problems. Canva thinks it’s the same person on the same device.

Step 4: Enjoy Shared Access Safely

Now everyone can work on projects together. No constant logouts. No suspicious login alerts.
